Guardian Angel

The ATC Wednesday theme for this week is womanhood. I wasn't sure how to convey this until I saw the following quote by Loretta Young:

"A charming woman doesn't follow the crowd. She is herself."

The ATC Wednesday theme is lace. Rather than use real lace, I thought I'd use a lace stamp, which I batiked and overstamped. This was the best focus I could manage.

Art ticket

The ATC Wednesday theme is modern. I wasn't quite sure how to interpret this theme, but looking at modern art in google pictures, I think this atc might fit the bill. The background is a photo of a rusty car bumper from adrisbow on flickr, but looks like a textural canvas.
